What is your return policy?

  • If there are any discrepancies in your order, please notify us using “we can help you” section at the bottom of our home page within 24 hours upon receiving your order to request a return authorization number.
  • Any damaged items must be returned within 10 days of the receipt of goods for eligibility for identical exchange.
  • After you obtain your authorization number, Items being returned should be packed securely in an appropriate size and sturdy carton. 
  • Please include a copy of our packing slip with your merchandise and note the item number and reason for return.
  • Please specify if replacement exchange or credit is required.
  • The preferred shipping method for return is UPS.
  • All cartons must have the return authorization number printed on the outside of the carton.

Returns will be processed within two to three business days upon receipt.

How can I purchase wholesale?

Be sure to provide all the required information for quick account approval.

Expect to hear back about your application within 48 hours Monday – Friday. If the request happens after business hours on Friday or during Saturday and Sunday, you will receive notification within 48 hours, when business resumes on Monday.

What is your current turnaround time?

Orders ship in one to two business days. If there are delays or backordered products that affect your order, we will notify you with the expected lead time.

Do you do private design and production for medical?

Yes! We are a vertical production facility; we do contract design and production for medical companies worldwide. Please click here for inquiries.

How do I register as wholesale client?

To apply for an account please fill out the wholesale application by clicking here or go to wholesaler registration button on home page.

To qualify for an account, you must have the following:

  • A brick and mortar (physical) studio for shipping purposes.
  • Be an active piercer/artist, permanent cosmetic- spa/salon
  • A valid Tax License/Permit or Resale Certificate
  • A Clean Room capable of sterilizing our needles, piercing essentials, and tools as they are shipped non-sterile.
